About Kencon Ltd.

Kencon Constructors/Construction Managers, Inc., formed by J. Clayton Kennedy, started its first construction management projects in 1986. From the humble beginnings of $240,000 first year billings, the company evolved into Kencon Ltd. doing business in the South and Central Texas region as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Design Build Contractor.
